I thought my prior issue was all solved.After writing my first post I filed a complaint with the BBB. Very confusing and contradictory information from both Blick representatives and the one supervisor, and none of them were the same information I got from FedEx texts. There was a problem with my physical address vs my mailing address, and one package was going to my PO Box and one package was coming to my physical home, but not until next week, and both packages were not at a distribution center near my home, except one was maybe on the truck going to the post office. Seriously how is it possible to screw up a two item order? Thinkin about an artist grade paint, seems cheap enough fer my taste or lack thereof. With 48 colors available, you will always have vibrant and bright colors (although not as intense as the professional grade paints) that will make your artwork shine.
However, there needs to be more effort by Blick to provide realistic timeframes. This delay was also noted on DickBlick’s website which I appreciated. Blick is a good company.
