The abillity to play more Ravnica bounce lands (the color rule is online based on the color of the cards not on the mana which appears on it, so you could play any bounce land in any deck - lands are colorless) makes it quite a bit better. works in my konda deck, but i don't think i'd play it in anything with more than two colors. Reliquary Tower just makes c-mana, which is a bit risky when you run a low land count (Ancient Tomb is an exception, since it makes 2 mana, which is too good).
