I specifically asked for no sugar in mine. Let’s say you’re super busy and majorly stressed. I accidentally slipped. I know it’s been a while since I did my two-week stint with Whole30, but I really wanted to take some time to compile all my thoughts before I gave you a recap, and I’m really glad I did. It’s so much easier to just eat at home with my meal prepped food and be happy because out of sight, out of mind!! The buffalo chicken breakfast casserole is seriously SOOO AMAZING and super easy to make! It’s all about awareness – and health isn’t a “one size fits all” kind of thing!

My Costco typically carries both organic ham and organic turkey deli meat (both brands are Whole 30 are compliant as they do not contain carrageenan, but check the labels on the brand your Costco carries). Haha so many of my favorite food memories revolve around carbs, so swearing them off forever is too much for me. I'm so happy you stopped by.
