Hey mate, I've replaced my Ultimate edition 3 times now. Through extensive work by our engineers, we’ve developed a firmware that significantly improves latency – effectively shaving off 30 ms in response time compared to the original firmware. The heft of this thing give it a solid and expensive feel. Just a shame we couldnt fix it. After contacting the support, I have been told that they can't replace it with the Raiju as it is out of stock but they can give me store credit for the Tournament Edition or the Ultimate edition. This was the test with the microphone sensitivity off and the equalizer of the Razer Synapse software. I really liked it and I had zero complaints with it. Maybe I will buy a new controller in the future, but it won't be for a long time.

This microphone is picking up the keyboard clicks. You can adjust the sound quality with the Razer Synapse software by the equalizer and the presets available there.
