The bathroom was good, my only complaint being that the towels were a little scratchy but I would certainly stay here again. Hotel is in a great location-- right at the end (beginning?) High sides but had no trouble getting in and out. The staff was excellent. The lobby is nice but smaller than it appears in pictures since more than half is the restaurant/bar and separated by glass. Lots of hot water. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. It was a standard room with two double beds but it was so small there wasn't a chair to sit on the there was no cupboard so no place to hang clothes not even hooks to hang your coat on. The location is perfect for exploring the city, only a minute from the Chateau Frontenac, close to everything. Due to its location I would probably stay here again, it's a nice historic hotel, our room was clean and there was nothing to complain about.
