Go to a health food store to purchase true tapioca because true tapioca is all natural and you won’t have to worry :) Usually made from fruits or plants of some sort :) Depends on the brand really, but alwways get them from Health food stores :). OMG. Coincidentally I scoured my neighborhood (in Taipei) for green milk tea with bubbles, yesterday.
