There was no attempt to help me find any alternative accommodation, just we are sorry see you later. Only suggestion is a draught stopper or weather strip to the bottom of the doors as there was a gap allowing a small draught in.Food in the restaurant is superb! We booked a 1 bedroom apartment with lake view, as you can see from the pics it wasn’t exactly the lake view we were after hut our stay was still lovely, room was very clean and had everything you could need a night or a week.
