Can a vegan person get a good meal at this restaurant? We decided to go for the carvery and were told that due to staff shortage, the carvery was closed. We didn't end up having to wait that long though which was a nice surprise.We were seated in a booth close to the carvery and everything smelled wonderful, we ordered some drinks but had to ask again 10 minutes later but I will let them off as it was busy.The meal itself was lovely, would have been nice to see more of a variety of veg (mainly mash, cauliflower and carrots) some peas, sweetcorn or similar to color the plate would have been great.My major complaint was the crackling which I think I chipped a tooth on. the food and then tell the chef what you want as they then put it on your plate for you.
